Pillow Talk Live: Things Looking up with Hopeful Expectations

Now, You couldn’t describe me as exactly satisfied as an “independent” (aka: naturally single) person and not be lying. But, I’m not unhappy about it, either. I only suggest it in this blog as an appetizing little tidbit introducing what I am about to discuss honestly.

A week ago today I was talking to Trisha, thinking of buying a membership to the Phoenix Great Expectations dating service. Now, I stand to the blogosphere as a surprisingly pleased member of the singles network. For real, and I almost don’t believe it myself! Its very comfortable and full of nice people! If you’ve been paying attention, you’re probably thinking, “You totally owe me an explanation.”

Here’s how it went down, I saw these Great Expectations Reviews and can really get behind their approach. They’re for quality and professional singles who care enough to know dating isn’t a game.

‘Cause I’d never enjoyed or even tolerated the ridiculous nightlife ritual a lot of singles have named “Dating.” I faced it more than anyone should. Every night people ask, “Are you two serious yet?” and “Just get out there and date him!”

“Nonsense,” I reply, without missing a beat. “Not after that last blind date you set me up on.”

“Not true,” they reply. “That’s just an excuse for your cynicism.”

Leave it to my sister (on a good day) hah! Trisha Wilson. She beams reality to my brain 99% of the time. Loved ones never fail . Can’t argue with that, and I joined.

Back to the meaning of this blog entry. As I selected from thousands of quality singles for my first date with Great Expectations, I acknowledged something deep. For the longest time, I hadn’t held too many emotional great expectations for dating in the serendipitous winding course of life. It’s good to be single, only if you take the opportunity to meet new people. Embracing your own great expectations makes a difference in dating.
